I don't mind,..kind of a huge pat on the back if you ask me,..I do my best to take care of my customer's fencing needs,..I even hand out advice in person and over the phone for free. I tell the guys to take their wife out to very nice dinner since I just saved them on a labor fee.

Repaired part of cedar fence that was leaning. Replaced several posts. Built and installed new cedar gate. Everything went really smoothly. John returned my initial call promptly. Came out quickly for a no cost estimate. He showed up on time when he said he would and the job got done quickly as well. The new gate looks nice. We had a good experience with this company.

John was great to work with and gave me an honest answer on how to fix my fence within budget. I called around and John gave me the best price. Also, he didn't push me to replace my fence that would have cost thousands of dollars. The only down side is that John is booked a few weeks out, but there is a reason why he is in high demand. John will be the first person I call when I have other fencing needs

Here is the last one I will share with you as it is a rather long one,..
Notorious winds on the east side finally brought a wood fence down in my back yard. Snapped 7 of the posts. I got a hold of Fix-A-Fence and I'm sure glad I did. John came out ti survey the damage, gave us an estimate and a time frame for completion and was friendly and professional in doing so. After the estimate, another wind storm tossed the fence around a bit and broke a rail and a couple of the slats. John showed up to do the work as promised and had us fixed up in no time. He replaced the other wood that was broken but did not change the price! He and his crew members were friendly and fast. They cleaned up everything and I wouldn't even had known they were there except for the fence is now standing taller and stronger than I've ever seen it in the 12 years I lived in this residence. Thanks for the great job John!

Like I said it was a rather long one,..but a glowing one at that. when my wife read it she said that this one held some weight,..
